How are pages and templates different? Does one template for all products count as one?
A page in EComposer is a single page, like a landing page or a custom page. A template can be assigned to many pages, for example one product template for all or selected products, and it counts as one. “Publish 15 pages/sections” means 15 live items in any mix: for instance 10 landing pages, 2 product templates and 3 sections on Standard.
Are unlimited blog posts counted separately from the plan price and limit?
Yes. On Free, Standard and Pro you can add Unlimited Blog Posts for an extra $39/month (2 months discounted on annual billing), counted separately from your plan price and publish limit. Premium includes unlimited blog posts at no extra cost.
What are AI credits? Do they renew each month?
AI credits power EComposer’s Smart AI Suite, including the AI Layout Builder, AI Image Generator, AI Content Generator and AI Search Optimization. Each plan gets a monthly allocation (50 Free, 200 Standard, 800 Pro, 2,000 Premium) that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Extra credit packs roll over and never expire.
Does EComposer work with my theme?
Yes. EComposer is fully compatible with Online Store 2.0 themes and older themes. The only exception is that sections built in EComposer can’t be inserted into Online Store 1.0 themes.
Will EComposer slow down my store?
No. EComposer’s code is optimized to keep loading time low, and you get speed features such as auto lazy loading.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your EComposer plan at any time.
What happens to my pages if I downgrade?
You get the features of your new plan. For example, Pro lets you keep 50 published pages and Standard keeps up to 15, so you’d unpublish pages until you’re within the lower plan’s limit.
What happens if I uninstall EComposer?
Everything created in the app stops working on your store. Your pages, templates and sections are kept as a backup for 30 days, in case you want to recover your EComposer account.
