How are page and template different? Can I publish one template for all products and still count as one?
- Pages in EComposer is single page, which can be Landing pages, regular pages or custom pages.
- Templates in EComposer can be assigned to multiple pages. Ex: A product template can apply to all of your product pages or selected products.
- Templates in EComposer can be assigned to multiple pages. Ex: A product template can apply to all of your product pages or selected products.
In EComposer pricing plans, "publish 15 pages/sections" mean you can live 15 either pages or templates or sections. For instance, you can live 10 landing page, 2 product templates, 3 sections in Standard plan.
Is Unlimited Blog Posts Counted Separately from Plan Price & Limit?
Yes, you can subscribe to Unlimited Blog Posts in Free, Standard & Pro plan for extra $39/month (discounted 2 months for annual subscription) and it will be counted separately from plan pricing & published limit. For Premium, you only need to pay premium price & get unlimited blog posts included free.
What are AI Credits? Do Credits limit renew each month?
AI Credits are the fuel behind EComposer's Smart AI Suite - used for AI Layout Builder, AI Image Generator, AI Content Generator, AI Search Optimization, and more. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allocation: 50 (Free) / 200 (Standard) / 800 (Pro) / 2,000 (Premium). Your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits anytime through our add-on packs - and unlike monthly allocations, purchased credits roll over and never expire. Learn more.
Does EComposer work with my theme?
Yes. EComposer fully compatibe with OS2.0 supported themes, and all old version themes. (Except that you cannot insert sections built in EComposer to Shopify OS1.0)
Will EComposer slow down my website loading speed?
No, EComposer is optimized for codes to minimize the loading time. We also offer various features for you to improve the website speed such as Lazy load.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you can cancel EComposer plan at anytime. See more about our policy here.
What happens to Pages/Templates created in the higher plan after I downgrade?
If you downgrade your plan by moving from a more expensive charge to a less expensive charge, you will receive the features corresponding to your current plan. For example: Pro plan you can keep 50 pages. Standard plan you can keep max 15 pages. So it means you will need to unpublished your pages until it meet lower plan limit.
What happen after I uninstall EComposer?
Uninstall EComposer will stop functioning everything created in the app. You can reset data in EComposer to uninstall the app safely. All of your pages/templates/sections created in EComposer will be saved as back up in 30days in case you would like to recover your EComposer account. See guide.
How to get the Live Chat support?
We offer Livechat support for all plans. You can find the chat box at the bottom right inside EComposer app.
We will be available to you, to iron-out any potential questions customers have in using the EComposer app. If you do run into any conflict, our support and development team will do everything to fix the issue.
