1. What is EComposer 3.0?
EComposer 3.0 introduces a completely redesigned editor with AI-powered tools, a freeform canvas layout, built-in page translation, and significant performance improvements. It’s designed to help merchants build faster, design with more freedom, and scale globally - all with less effort.
2. Who can use EComposer 3.0? Can I use it free?
EComposer 3.0 is available to all users. If you’re a new user, you’ll automatically start with the new 3.0 editor - no setup needed. If you’re an existing user, you can switch between the old and new editor during the first month. After that, all users will be fully transitioned to the new version.
You can use EComposer 3.0 completely free with our Free Plan, which also includes 18,000 AI Layout tokens so you can try out some new AI features right away, no credit card required. Install EComposer and experience now!
3. Will my existing pages still work and can I edit them after upgrading to 3.0?
Absolutely. All your current pages will remain intact and fully editable. The upgrade mainly improves the UI and performance, introducing faster, smarter editing with AI-powered tools. The structure and element options stay the same — only how you edit them becomes more efficient.
4. Are there any pricing changes in EComposer 3.0?
No, the core pricing plans remain the same. However, EComposer 3.0 introduces AI token usage, which is new. Each plan now includes a monthly token allowance. If you need more tokens, you can upgrade plan or buy extra (one-time payment, whenever needed) without changing your base plan.
5. Do I need to pay more to use AI features?
No. AI features are included in all EComposer pricing plans, and each plan comes with a set number of free AI credits every month. If you use up your included tokens, you have two options:
1. Upgrade your plan to increase your monthly credits allowance
2. Buy an extra token pack with a one-time payment, whenever needed

6. Do all AI features use the same amount of credits?
No, AI credit usage varies depending on the feature. For example, AI Layout Builder and AI Image Generation use different token rates because of the complexity and type of content generated.
