Where do I find live chat?
Open the EComposer app in your Shopify admin and use the chat bubble. Our live chat guide in the Help Center shows exactly where it is.
Can your team build pages for me?
Yes. Our services team designs, builds and optimizes pages in EComposer, and everything stays drag-and-drop editable for you.
When will I hear back from a message or email?

Your pages are kept as a backup for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
How do I become an EComposer partner?
Pick Theme Partner, Agency Partner or Partner Connect in the Topic field and tell us about your business. Merchants on partner themes get 6 months of the Standard plan free, and affiliates earn up to 50% recurring commission.
How do I ask about billing or a refund?
Choose Account / Billing or Refund request in the Topic field and include your store URL and plan, so we can find your account quickly.
Can my store be featured in your showcase?
Built your store with EComposer? Choose Submit your website in the Topic field and send us the link.
