This theme offers a lot out of the box! It is best to go through the tutorials to understand your full capability. Support quickly replies, usually within the same day (or the next). The themes look good, and the functions are also lovely and work most of the time. One big thing, one of the most essential aspects and the reason for only a 2-star rating, is the support you get.

Even if you have bugs that make your shop unusable for your customers, you have to wait about 48 hours to get an answer. But that also doesn't mean that your problem is fixed. After that, it may be possible to wait another 48 hours for a second answer from the support team.

All in all, I think in terms of support, I would choose another theme that offers faster support and help if you have bugs on your website.

We have been using the theme; the speed looks fine, but the issue is with the menu bar; it takes more time to load, due to which customer dropout has increased in the website, thinking the menu bar is not working. The menu bar icon becomes visible but takes time to load.
