The Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS app helps merchants create, automate, and personalize email and SMS campaigns with customizable templates and advanced customer segmentation.
The Klaviyo extension for EComposer lets you easily embed Klaviyo forms into your EComposer pages, with no coding required.
1. How to install Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS extension?
Step 1: To use this extension, please install the Klaviyo app from your Shopify store first.
Step 2: To open the Extension popup, open the Elements panel → Extensions to find and install the Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS extension.
Step 3: Click on the Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS extension, and click Install now to add it to your EComposer workspace. Once installed, you will be able to use Klaviyo form blocks directly inside the page builder.
2. How to create the embed form with Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS?
2.1. Create An Embed Form With The Klaviyo App
After installing the app, go to your Shopify Dashboard → Apps → Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS. This will open the dashboard of the Klaviyo app, where you can start creating your embed forms.
To create your form in Klaviyo, follow these steps:
- Step 1: From the Klaviyo dashboard, go to Websites → Sign-up Forms, then click Create form.
- Step 2: Choose a template or create a form from scratch.
- Step 3: Customize the form to suit your needs. Once you’re done, copy the embed code from Targeting & Behavior or from the popup displayed after you publish the form.
Keep the embed code handy, as you’ll need it later to add the form to your EComposer page.
2.2. Adding the Klaviyo app to EComposer App
Congratulations! After creating your Embed form in Klaviyo, you can now add the extension to the template you are building in EComposer.
Notice: This feature only work on the live page
- Step 1: Go to Elements in the EComposer Builder, then search for the Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS extension.
- Step 2: Drag and drop the extension into the area where you want the form to appear on your page.
- Step 3: In the Form embed code field, paste the embed code you copied earlier from Klaviyo.
- Step 4: Click Save, then Save & Publish to publish the changes and display the form on your live page.
